Obligation BRL-K903/08 for 2023
Any company that carries out activities that may harm the soil or the environment, must be able to demonstrate that measurements have been taken to ensure the safety of the environment. Since 2009, companies have been legally obliged to have their chemical storage installation (s) installed by a certified BRL-K903 / 08 (BRL SIKB 7800) installer. All companies that are obliged to comply with the BRL-K903 must certify all their chemical installations in accordance with the BRL-K903 / 08 before 2023.

WHAT IS BRL K903?
BRL K903 is a certificate for companies that comply with guidelines and regulations regarding the construction, installation and testing of installations in the field of storage and dosing of chemicals.
